At One Collection by Zion Cases, we want you to love what you wear.
If something isn’t right, we offer a simple 14-day exchange policy for size or color adjustments.
1. 14-Day Exchange Window
Customers may request a size or color exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn

Unwashed
-
Original condition
-
Tags still attached (if applicable)
Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.
2. Eligible Exchanges
We currently allow exchanges for:

Different size

Different color
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose:

Store credit

Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale items

All limited drops are final sale due to limited inventory.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A damaged item

The wrong product
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the issue
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item was defective

The wrong item was shipped
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts that show patterns of excessive returns.
Store credit may be offered in certain situations.
