Our apparel products may include:

  • 100% Cotton garments

  • 60/40 Poly-Cotton blend garments

Due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences:

  • Colors may appear slightly different from images.

  • Minor variations in fabric texture, stitching, and sizing may occur.

We reserve the right to update product details, availability, and pricing at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing without prior notice

  • Limit quantities per order

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Shop Pay or similar payment providers

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination.

One Collection by Zion Cases is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, One Collection by Zion Cases is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content associated with One Collection by Zion Cases including:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Photography

  • Product concepts

are the exclusive property of Zion Cases and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

One Collection by Zion Cases is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Injuries related to misuse of products

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
